Steve Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold M. Eldridge, Sr. and Mary Lou Blankenship Eldridge; his grandson Brantley Kole Eldridge; his siblings, Faye Roberson, Harold M. Eldridge, Jr., Roy Lee Eldridge and Roland Eldridge; and his brother-in-law Paul Barrett.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lindsey Eldridge; his children, Micheal Eldridge, Shirley Priest (James) and Miranda Waits (Jason); his grandchildren, Andrew Eldridge (Jordan), Keegan Green (Autumn), Kyler Eldridge, Aaliyah Huskins, Karson Eldridge, Abby Priest (Joey), Shayla Priest, Jada Waits (Dylan), Tanner Waits (Caden) and Zane Waits; his great grandchildren, Jacelynn, Kaysen, Zayden, Riley and Oliver; his siblings, Jim Eldridge (Sheryl), Linda Cagle (Danny), Barbara Eldridge and Connie Barrett; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Eldridge, Joyce Silvers, Charlotte Hatfield (Doc), Laura Hardin (Freddy), Rita Medlin and Nell Young (Tony). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barton Funeral Home (131 Summer St, Adairsville, GA 30103). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
