He is survived by: his siblings, Lessie Tapley Beasley of Swainsboro, Henrietta Tapley Toole of Stockbridge and Eddie Lewis Tapley (Brenda) of Milledgeville; his stepson Billy Newsome; his stepgranddaughter Karen Slater; and his stepgreat-grandson Cody Usry.
