He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Harry Flor and Helen Alberta Caswell Flor. He is survived by: his wife Diana Ring Flor; his children, Rachel Davis (Bryan), Cathy Wotring and Caleb Flor (Lori); his grandchildren, Matthew Bruder (Melissa), Rebecca Bruder, Catherine (Danny), Timothy, Daniel, David, Mia and Madison; and his brother Dale A. Flor. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Center Grove Baptist Church (68 Center Grove Church Rd, Rock Spring, GA 30739). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
