He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Mullins and Hildred McGaha Mullins; his brother Mike Mullins; his grandmother Mattie McGaha; his uncle Roy; and his aunt Helen McGaha.
He is survived by: his brother Michael "Mickey" McGaha; and his aunt Betty Jo Phillips of Blue Ridge, GA.
