He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen L Silva; his parent Ellis Locke; and his brothers, Donald Robert, Edwin Locke and William Charles.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beverlee E. Silva (Amelia Langston) and Heather A. Silva; and his grandson Reid A. Martin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
