We are sad to announce that, on May 29, 2026, at the age of 88, Lucille Thomas Chandler of LaFayette, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Amsar Thomas and Irene Gross Thomas; her husband Jerry Chandler; her sons, Thomas Lamar Chandler and Jeffrey David Chandler; and her siblings, Jackie Shelby and Gary Thomas.

She is survived by: her son Mark Chandler (Rhonda) of Rock Spring; her grandchildren, Clayton Chandler (Emily) of LaFayette, Tyler Chandler of LaFayette, Zach Chandler of LaFayette and Brooke Chandler Hall of Atlanta; her great grandchildren, Caroline Chandler and Leo Hall; and her siblings, Ann Snyder, Joyce Cook, Jim and Leon Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
