He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Russell and Minnie Lee Russell; and his siblings, Jean Phillips, Sherman Russell, Kelton Russell and Randy Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Russell; his children, Misty Henderson (Bryan Couch) and Richie Russell (Misty); his grandchildren, AJ Best (Andreana), Breanna Standridge (Bryson), River Russell and Remington Russell; his great grandchild Jericho Davila; and his siblings, Inez Henderson and Edward Russell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
