He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae Hairston and Willie Louis Lindsey; and his wife Jane. He is survived by: his children, Chemonica Cole, Tabias Lindsey, Leslie Lindsey, Alicia Copeland, Moesha Copeland and Louis Copeland; his grandchildren, Jamahl Cole (Keenya), Corderius Cole, Brandon Todd, Jaylin Porter and Markell Lindsey; his sisters, Cathy Lindsey of LaGrange, GA and Shree Hughes of Philadelphia, PA; his uncles, Willie G. Truitt and Ricky Frazier (Phyllis); his aunt Laura Frazier of LaGrange, GA; and his close friends, Ollie Hardy, Jimmy Dixon, Dale Sherman, Ronnie Williams, Mario Williams, Cory Sherman, Carlos Bray and Dorothy Sessions (Thomas). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
