He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Calvin and Mae Dean Smith; and his great-grandparents, Theo, Reba Burke, Wilson and Red Cummings.
He is survived by: his pet Samson; his parents, Chris Smith and Debbie Smith; his brother Timmy Smith (Kristi); his nephews, Hudson, Henry and Hollis Smith; and his grandparents, Betty Kelley (Melvin) and Tommy Burke (Patricia). He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
