He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Guthrie and Mary Faye Guthrie of Washington; his wife Amy of Washington; and his brothers, Joel of Washington and Larry of Washington.
He is survived by: his children, Neal (Candace) of Warm Springs, Mandy of Columbus, Joseph (Stephanie) of Mountville, Jonathan of Dayton, OH and Julie Webster (Ricky) of Crestview, FL; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Landon, Taylor, Cheyanne, Brianna, Robert, Kennedy, Stryker, Olivia, Wesley, Lauren and Jessica; and his siblings, Steve of LaGrange, Mike of Springhill, TN, Della Underwood of Newnan and Roxanne Westfield of Greenville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
