Stargill; his children, Andrew, Kayla and Adam Stargill; his grandchildren, London Hardy and Kylo Stargill; and his siblings, Brian Stargill (Cynthia), Jerome Gates (Sylvia), Inetha Hatten (Von), Gwendolynn A. Gates and Tracy Truitt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
