He is survived by: his wife Glenda Joyce Underwood Yancey; his daughters, Teri Callahan (Neal) and Candy Toney (Darren); his grandchildren, Mary Katherine Toney Askins (Brett), Candace Callahan Johnson (Russell), Joe Callahan and Sara Grace Callahan; his great grandchild Molly Askins; and his sister Berdine Freeman Holloway (Frank).

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to Wellstar West Georgia Hospice.
