He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vera Westmoreland and Winfred Westmoreland; his wife Anne Sullins Westmoreland; his sons, John Westmoreland (Fiona) and Steve Westmoreland (Amber); his grandchildren, Mary Maddox Westmoreland, Grady Westmoreland, Hailey Westmoreland and Carter Westmoreland; and his siblings-in-law, Beth Hughes (Robin), Hugh Sullins (Annette) and Robert Sullins (Karol). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
