She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Matheny and Mary Frances Potts Matheny; her former husband Charley Arrington; her husband Harvey O'Neal Bannister (Neal); and her siblings, Thomas Matheny, Erma Lee Thrower, Eula Mae Bowen, Nellie Poppham, Evelyn Thomas and Corene Usher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Knopp (late Timothy Knopp) and Lisa Spradlin (Stephen); her grandchildren, Timothy Jacob Knopp (Lindsay) and Emily Ann Andrews (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Luke, Maddie Grace, Oliver, Karson and Lyla. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
