She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Charles Henry Lloyd and Emily Jenkins Lloyd; her husband Gilbert T. Kaap; her daughter Kathy A. Kaap; and her grandsons, Joshua, Jason and Jacob Huranna.

She is survived by: her brother Dr. Morgan Lloyd (Christie) of Santa Barbara, CA; her daughter Susan Huranna (Eric) of Canonsburg, PA; and her grandson Eric Huranna, Jr. (Alicia) of Canonsburg, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
