He was predeceased by : his parents, James Harris and Mary Hall; his children, Michael Echols and Belinda Hall; and his sister Mary Louise Hall.
He is survived by : his children, Jocelyn Jackson (Anthony) and Billy Hall; his stepson Gregory Smith; his siblings, Peggy Hall, Lurlene Smith (Alonzo), Brenda Smith, Linda Hall-Showalter and Hilton Hall; and his close friend Diane. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
