It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Kelton in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kay and Jesse Franklin Kelton; his brother Gene Kelton; and his sister-in-law Nancy Kelton. He is survived by: his wife Ann Teal Kelton; his children, Kimberly Ann Conaway (Clay), David Wayne Kelton (Meredith) and Jon Teal Kelton (Sidney Anne); his grandchildren, Addyson Ann Conaway, Jacob Clay Conaway, Luke Kelton Conaway, Mary Elliott Kelton, Grady Hawke Kelton, Robert Hill Kelton, Mac Teal Kelton and Anne Beckham Kelton; and also Debbie McPherson.
