She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Morgan Pounds and Mary Henderson Pounds. She is survived by: her husband Derek Bowen; her siblings, Dr. Andrew Pounds (Laura), Nancy Bradley (Daryl) and Marybeth Shepard (Charles); and her friend Carol. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (207 N Greenwood St, LaGrange, GA 30240).
