It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Shealey Stiggers (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. O. C. Stiggers; her daughter Jacobie Louise; and her siblings, Hattie Frazier, Naomi Fears, Lera McClure, Mattie Winborn, Effie Alexander, Algie Shealey, Lucious Shealey, Turner Shealey, Jr. and Peter Shealey.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn, Ronald, Deborah, Norman, Ocie and Michael; her granddaughter Shymia Love; and her siblings, Arthur Shealey and Hazel Scott of LaFayette, Alabama. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
