She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Andrew and Myrtle Carroll Kaylor. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her friends, Connie Murphy, Connie Green, Judy Clegg, Serena Norris, Francis Oubre, Kat Stewart, Marie Marler, Nitah Pannell, Devin and Tina Arnold; her siblings, Daniel Phillip Kaylor and Glenda K. Yost; and her nieces and nephews, Andrew Kaylor, Shawn Warren, Krista Hoggle and Jill K. Douglas.
In lieu of flowers – funeral wreath or stands, the family suggests various colors of Knock Out Rose Plants should be considered, which will be planted for Charlene at her home.
