He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kay Hill Thornton; his children, Zamoran Thornton (Donna), LeVar Thornton (Tomeka) and Shutnee Thomas (Bobby); his grandchildren, Donte Lewis, Shawn Harris, Donya Jeter (Raymond), Donque Lewis, Aiden Shelton, Kennedy Thomas, Ayden Peoples, Azaryah Peoples, Zion Thornton and Zacai Thornton; his siblings, Mamie Harris (Jerry) of Atlanta, GA, Harvey Thornton (Thomasine) of LaGrange, GA, Mildred Jackson (Larry) of LaGrange, GA and Carrie (Roy); his sisters-in-law, Burnette Greer and Wanda Brown; and his close friends, Rob Copeland and Willie Blackmon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
