With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Gail Marshall (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on December 2, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lee Hart, Sr. and Gaynell Boykin Hart; her mother-in-law Willie Mae Marshall; her sisters, Lillie Mae Andrews and Janet Hart; her grandmothers, Pauline Boykin and Beatrice Hart; her aunts, Lenora Boykin, Lillie E. Hart, Rosa Boykin and Roielee Trimble; her uncle William Henry Merefee; and her siblings' children, Cokeitha Andrews and Norman Boykin, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband George A. Marshall, Jr.; her children, Deijohn Hart (LaSharn) of Calera, AL, Tymil Heard (Sedric) of LaGrange, GA and Andrea Marshall of LaGrange, GA; her grandchildren, Arion Marshall, Jaden Heard, Aeja Heard, Nikia Heard, Keanna Hart and MiKayla Hart; her siblings, Marilyn Hart (Carl), Norman Boykin, Sr., David Lee Hart, Jr. (Dorothy), Charlie Hart and Willie Hart (Beverly); her siblings-in-law, Georgia Blackmon and Calvin Marshall; her uncles, Thomas Boykin (Linda), Frank Boykin (Janice) and George Washington Boykin (Pete); her close friends, Rev. Joseph Williams (Josephine), Yvonne Parker and Sarah Thornton; and her caregiver Kwanza Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home (100 Corporate Plaza Dr, LaGrange, GA 30241). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Beulah Baptist Church (254 Gordon Rd, LaGrange, GA 30240).
