With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher LaPaul Huzzie (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on December 11, 2025 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Christopher farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Christopher is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ela Elaine "Kitty" Williams and Charles Varner. He is survived by: his wife Tina Huzzie; his children, Keyarra Huzzie, Dazmon, Tyrese Thorton, De'Shun Haynes and Fafael Dunlap; his sister Stacy Humphrey; his cousin Melody Huzzie; and his close friends, Charlie Hixson, Robert Massengale and Horace Fuller. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
