He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Ray Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Louise Hendrix Fowler (John Shipp); his children, Cody Ellenburg (Eileen), Blake Ellenburg, Mercedes Pike (Christopher), Natasha Kaplan, Chasity Kaplan, Haley Ellenburg and Lexi Fowler; his siblings, Wayne Fowler (Linda), Kenneth Pike and Tonya Fowler; his grandchildren, Aiden, Gunner Pike, Natalie Smith, Carson Smith, Parker Sheppard, Bentley Kaplan and Everly Ellenburg; and his close friend April Flournoy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
