He was predeceased by: his father Sidney Leon Milner; his wife Carol Milner; and his brother-in-law Bill Ridgeway. He is survived by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Lucas; his daughter Kelli Bassett (Brandon Gravitt); his siblings, Sidney Milner, Jr., Mitchel Milner (Carol), Michael Milner (Cathy), Wanda Widner (Carl), Debra Ridgeway, Cheryl Scroggs and Jacqueline Lewis (Terry); his grandchildren, Levi Gravitt and Bubba Gravitt; and his pet Indie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
