She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Barber; her daughter Vivian Smith Claar; and her brothers, Ed Barber and Henry Barber. She is survived by: her husband Donald "Duck" Phillips; her daughters, Lynda Smith Green (Tony) and Cindy Smith Jackson (Todd O'Neal); her siblings, Andy Barber, Joyce Bell and Larry Barber; her grandchildren, Tanya Green Jones (Jeff), Lucas Alan Green (Erica), Annie Jackson Morrow (Blake), Matthew Edward Claar, Emma Jackson Brannon (Will) and Joseph Andrew Claar; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Jacob, Abigail, Brylee, Joyner, Wiley, Cole and Eleanor. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
