She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Leldon Bice and Thelma Daniel Bice; her husband Richard Smallwood; and her brothers, Warner Bice and Cecil Bice.
She is survived by: her children, Richie Smallwood (Gayle) and Tina Yearta (Lane); her grandchildren, Kyle Smallwood, Scarlett Smallwood, Anna Rogers (Trey) and Courtney Barber (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Madisyn, Kayleigh, River, Averi, Silas, Colton and Emma; and her close friend Vince Williams. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
