He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lorraine Campanio Whitley; his children, Ernest Wayne Whitley, Elizabeth Norton and Cassandra Blackburn (Cole); his siblings, Bobby Gene Whitley and Louise Clark; his grandchildren, Blake Norton (Elisabeth), Brice Prather (Lauren), Jake Norton (Meghan), Seth Prather (Taren), Abby Norton and Lanie Prather; and his great grandchildren, Addley Norton and Josie Norton.
