He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Sherman and Chap Williams; and his siblings, Emma L. Davis, Fannie Lee Gay, Lois Davenport, Emma Mae Calhoun, Marie Gate, Jamie Sherman, Fred Gay, Homer Silver, Lewis Knight and James Williams.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Mary Knight of Atlanta, GA.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home (100 Corporate Plaza Dr, LaGrange, GA 30241). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Roe's Chapel United Methodist Church (16011 GA-219, West Point, GA 31833).
