He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin White, Sr. and Alma Meeks White; and his siblings, Charles White, James "PeeWee" White, Gladys Archer and Edith Alligood.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon White of LaGrange; his children, Wendy Roberts of Pine Mountain and Autry; his daughter-in-law Angie White of LaGrange; and his brother Wade White. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and another great-grandchild.
