He is survived by: his children, Dorothy Jean McCamey of Atlanta, GA, Donna McCamey of Chicago, IL, Beverlyn McCamey of Chicago, IL, George McCamey, Jr. of Chicago, IL, Keith McCamey of Chicago, IL, Demetri McCamey of Chicago, IL, Sherice McCamey of Des Moines, IA, Tara Burden and Virmona McCamey of Des Moines, IA; his goddaughter Tammy Harris of Des Moines, IA; his siblings, Josephine Sellers, Eugene McCamey (Letha) and Jimmy McCamey (Sharon); his uncle J. C. Carter; and his friends, Bubba Gates, Rev. William Hill, Alfred Thornton, Boy Heard, Patrick Fuller and Jerry Jackson. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren.
