With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Geralyn Gagnon Porter of LaGrange, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Lionell C. Gagnon; and her friend Teresa McLean. She is survived by: her mother Lorraine R. Violette Gagnon; her daughters, Stephanie Aarstad (Robert), Carla Burgoyne (Kenneth) and Rebecca Carter (Michael); her siblings, Ronald Gagnon (Linda), Gregory Gagnon, Philip Gagnon, Robert Gagnon, Veronica Gagnon, Teresa Maino (Rob) and Elizabeth Rusnak (Chris); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Jason, John Luke, Alaina, Luke, Victoria and Bryant. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews as well as extended family.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Geralyn's memory.

You were a part of a very special team that earned Spencer it's very first "Honor Unit with Distinction" designation after our Annual Federal Inspection in May of 1975.
