With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Loyd (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on June 8, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebie Dixon Loyd and Hamilton Traylor Loyd; and his siblings, Anne Alverson and Tommy Loyd. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Johnson Loyd; his daughters, Laura Boggs (Kenneth), Eleanor Thompson (Patrick), Emily Mansour (Nasor) and Lynn Pauley (Mike); his grandchildren, Lauren Woodley, Whitney Davis (Jim), Marianna Boggs, John Mansour (Katie), Will Mansour (Amanda), Joseph Mansour, Patrick Thompson (Jaclyn), Jim Thompson, Jake Pauley (Sarah), Emily Pauley and Annie Pauley; his sisters, Sara Hopson of LaGrange and Helen Loyd of LaGrange; and his sister-in-law Jan Loyd Richmond of East Wenatchee. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Loyd Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 550 Glass Bridge Rd. LaGrange GA 30240 or West Georgia Hospice, 1510 Vernon Rd. LaGrange Georgia 30240.
