He is survived by: his wife Paula Small Chambers; his children, Patrick Chambers (Tanya) and Paige Bradfield (James A.); his sister Kathy Allgood (Danny); and his grandchildren, J. P. Chambers, Reagan Chambers, Jay Bradfield and Hayden Bradfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
