He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Astalee Jones Kee and Harvey Clinton Kee; his wife Carolyn Phyllis Murray Kee; his son Danny Randall Hubbard; his brothers, Harold Lee Kee and Danny Irvin Kee; and his grandson Robert Lee Cardwell, III.
He is survived by: his children, Jo Shannon Scott (Roy), Wayne Kee (Kristi), Richard Kee (Allison) and Angie Cardwell (Bobby); his sister Karey Ann Murphy (Johnny); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Kee and Danny Murray (Ann); and his grandchildren, Caroline Oglesby (Alex), Charlie Levi Scott, Bailey Dodd (Darryl), Murphi Kee, Will Lanxton, Zach Lanxton (Summer), Keigan Crowder (Lauryn), Chelci Turner (Will), Evie Messer (Trey) and Charles Brenton Cardwell. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home (208 Johnson St, Hogansville, GA 30230). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at the Hillview East Cemetery.
