He is survived by: his wife Sallye Arrington; his children, Donald Mullens of LaGrange, Victor Mullens of LaGrange, Leeta Bullins of LaGrange and Shawn Chavez of LaGrange; his father Holland Arrington of Hogansville; and his sister Patricia Helton of Hogansville. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
