He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Duel Halcomb and Ruby Cole Halcomb; and his wife Louise Halcomb. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Cleveland (Russell) and Robert Allen Halcomb (Danielle); his grandchildren, Justin (Tiffany), Jack (Caty Sue), Sam, Bo (Aimee), Max (Kathryn Taylor) and Wes; and his great grandchildren, Jude and Palmer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
