He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jack Pannell and Annie Bell Moody Pannell; and his brothers, Ricky Lamar Pannell and Dan Joseph Pannell. He is survived by: his children, Brandi Leigh Pannell Williams and Justin Thomas Pannell (Dawn Stone); his grandchildren, Hunter Williams, Tyler Williams, Paige Pannell, Reagan Pannell, Taylor Jones, Cameron Jones and Jules Stone; his cousins, Susan Sharp, Kevin Pannell, Victor Pannell and Dale Castillo; his nephew Ryan Pannell; his mother-in-law Kathryn Rhodes; his extended family, Danny Barintine (Rhonda), Ross Barintine (Sarah), JJ and Ginger Wahl; Bo, Ellie Barintine, Tipp, Trenity, Paisley, Jud and Owen Wahl.
