He is survived by: his children, Darren Toney (Candy) and Madison Toney; his siblings, Floyd Toney (Cherry), Charles Toney and Sue Traylor (Ronnie); his sister-in-law Betty Toney; and his granddaughters, Mary Katherine Askins (Brett) and Brenda Toney. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
