She was predeceased by: her parents, Rene Dandeneault and Maurine Dandeneault; her husband James Starnes; and her former husband Gene Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie L. Starnes-Turnham, James C. Starnes (Kathy) and John C. Starnes (Joy); her brother Gary Campbell; and her close friend Bowen. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, her 6 great grandchildren.
