He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Talley and Susan Silver Talley Davis; and his brother Charles Robert "Chuck" Talley. He is survived by: his friend Jennifer Talley; his daughters, Jade Talley (Jesse Lawrance) of LaGrange and Jana Talley (Eric Mullis) of Charlotte, NC; and his siblings, Scott Talley of LaGrange, Cynthia Talley of LaGrange and Kathie Hartley of Calhoun. He is also survived by his former wife, mother of his daughters.
