He is survived by: his brother Grocery; his wife Cindy Patrick Parmer; his children, Emma Frances Parmer, Lily Grace Parmer and Jackson Grant Parmer; and his brothers, Randall Wesley Parmer (Jill Jackson Parmer), Kenneth Allen Parmer (Pam Crow Parmer) and John Philip Parmer (Wendy Willis Parmer).

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to an Education Fund that is being established for his children.
