He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jacob Westbrook, Jr. and Mary Ellen Lane Westbrook. He is survived by: his wife Janice Westbrook; his sisters, Emily Jordan (Collier) and Ellen Avery (late Darrald); his children, Adam (Kandy), Timothy (Shirley) and Katie Trent (Blake); and his grandchildren, Tanner, Tyler Kate, Tucker, Tatum, McCoy and Harry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
