She is survived by: her children, Pirre'Carter (Zakiya Nelson) of Columbus, GA and Shamika Carter of Columbus, GA; her grandchildren, Jamya Cameron, Cheyeanne Cameron, SaNiya Carter and ZyRickae Nelson; and her siblings, Gordon Rowland of Greenville, GA, Alton Rowland of LaGrange, GA, Thomas Rowland of Atlanta, GA, Anne Childs of Union City, GA, Brenda Lawrence of Atlanta, GA, Gail Griffin of LaGrange, GA and Barbara Jackson of LaGrange, GA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 623 Juniper St, LaGrange, GA 30240.
