He is survived by: his wife Juanita Bridges Kelley; his children, Joyce Lawson (Christopher), Leroy Kelley Jr. (Carlissa), Travis Kelley (Regina) and Sharonda Byrd (Lawrence); and his stepchildren, Alexia GLover (Lex) and Erick Glover (Vick). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donald Trimble Mortuary (1876 2nd Ave, Decatur, GA 30032). The lying in state was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark AME Church (3605 Campbellton Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30331).
