She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. McKinnis and Leola Collins McKinnis; and her brother John C. "Bud" McKinnis, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Eugene McCamey; her daughter Shanna Alexander (KC Hullaby); her granddaughter Londyn Fryer; her sister Angela Kay McKinnis Lofton; her siblings-in-law, Willie Lofton (Angela), Jimmy McCamey and Josephine Sellers; her nieces and nephews, Johnquice Scott, Kristan Lofton Womack, Kristopher Lofton "Tae Tae", Crystal McKinnis and Courteny Lenoir; her stepson Mark McCamey (Thalia); her godchildren, Amer, SuHan, Ricki and Shawn; and her close friends, Helen Bray, Voncile Epps, Stephanie Ringer and Geneva Russell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins, bonus grandkids, bonus nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home (100 Corporate Plaza Dr, LaGrange, GA 30241). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (204 Fannin St, LaGrange, GA 30240).
