She is survived by: her son Kenneth Lee Carter of Stone Mountain; her daughter-in-law Elaine Carter of Woodstock; her brother Charles Smith (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Eric Palmer Carter, Adam Keith Carter and Sarah Elizabeth Carter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
