He was predeceased by: his father William Mike Spradlin; his grandparents, Obry and Nadine Bohannon; and his uncles, Kenneth Franklin and Thomas Spradlin.
He is survived by: his mother Rachel Nadine Spradlin (Scottie Walker); his siblings, Amy Hall (James), Aaron and Andy Howard; his uncles, Tony Bailey (Cheryl) and Jimmy Bailey; his aunt Deborah Franklin; his nieces and nephews, Hayley (Matt), Brittany, Kameron and Ashley; and his cousins, Ken, Stephanie Franklin, Lindsey Bryant, Ashley and Brooke Spradlin.
