He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzo Tackett and Thelma Ruth Evans Tackett; and his wife Brenda Dubanick Tackett. He is survived by: his children, Brooke Sewell (Chris) and Michael Tackett; his grandchildren, Jordan Alexis McCurry, Katelyn Michele McCurry and Reality Faith Day Tackett; and his great grandchildren, Harlyn Black and Rhett Oliver Black.
