She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Ray Belgrad and Mary Beatrice McPierce; and her siblings, David Thomas, Susan Scothorn and Mary Francis Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Neighbors and Donald Belgard; and her sisters, Helen Tassoulis, Barbara Philips, Sharon Needham and Donna Zayed. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild; extended family and friends.
